We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in IVR flows, contact center platforms, CRM integrations, and customer-facing systems.
🔍 Mandatory Experience:
✅ Brokerage or Capital Markets domain
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and enhance customer-facing platforms (IVR, CRM, contact center, etc.)
Define and document service automation and campaign requirements
Support development, testing, and rollout of new features
Maintain system diagrams, API mappings, and data flows
Work with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements
✅ Preferred Candidate:
Currently in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama
