✅ Strong functional experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
✅ Expertise in Partner, Channel, MSP business (SaaS industry preferred)
✅ Experience in Renewal Management, Order Management, Service Contracts & Entitlement Management
✅ Hands-on knowledge of Partner Portal, Deal Registration, Opportunity & Forecast Management
✅ Ability to translate business requirements into technical stories (JIRA, Impact Analysis, RCA)
✅ Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills
