Are you passionate about sales compensation systems and love turning business requirements into seamless technical solutions? Join our team to work on cutting-edge ICM platforms (Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions) and help ensure accurate, compliant, and insightful sales commission processes.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and test plans
✅ Configure & manage compensation plans in Xactly/ICM tools
✅ Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and Tech teams
✅ Drive QA, UAT, and post-release validation
✅ Build dashboards, reports, and recommend process improvements
✅ Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 4+ years as a Business/System Analyst (2+ in sales/incentive compensation)
🔹 Hands-on with Xactly Incent/Align or similar tools (Varicent, SAP Commissions)
🔹 Strong in compensation mechanics, SQL/Excel, and BI (Tableau/Power BI)
🔹 Agile/Scrum and QA experience (Jira, Zephyr/qTest)
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
