Job Description
● Experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales
Compensation processes.
● Experience in ICM tool implementation—tools such as Xactly, Anaplan, Callidus,
or Everstage preferred.
● Configure, manage, and maintain compensation plan implementations and
changes on Xactly or similar ICM tools.
● Ensure accurate and compliant compensation calculations and payouts.
● Liaise with internal stakeholders (developers, product managers, business users)
to gather and define system and business requirements, ensuring alignment with
strategic objectives.
● Develop, document, and maintain clear and concise user stories, epics, and
acceptance criteria to support product backlog management.
● Organize and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring items are ready for
development and support agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint
planning.
● Perform end-to-end QA, including test planning, creation and execution of test
cases, defect tracking, and thorough regression testing.
● Support annual audit deliverables related to compensation payouts and process
compliance.
● Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analytical deep-dives to drive business insights,
including the creation of analytics reports and dashboards for management
KPIs.
● Facilitate process mapping, requirements traceability, and documentation
through visual aids (e.g., process flows, wireframes).
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive process
improvements and opportunities for automation and efficiency.
● Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly to
both business and technical stakeholders.
● Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including estimation, release planning,
and delivery in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
● Advocate for a user-centric, value-driven approach to enhancements and new
functionalities.
