Asitek Info Solutions is actively hiring for the role of Xactly Incent Developer for an exciting project with our client Rubrik.

Job Description
● Hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions with Xactly Incent and
Xactly Connect, including data integration, automation, and processing complex
compensation rules.
● Proficient in designing, developing, and optimising integrations between Xactly
and upstream/downstream systems using Xactly Connect (ETL, SFTP, APIs, bulk
data loads).
● Able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and
system enhancements within Xactly Incent.
● Strong skills in writing clear, maintainable, and detailed technical design
documentation, including system/data flows, mapping documents, and
integration patterns.
● Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues related to data imports/exports, job
failures, and calculation discrepancies within Xactly modules.
● Collaborate with business analysts, IT, and business stakeholders to understand
requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
● Actively contribute to Agile/Scrum processes (backlog refinement, sprint
planning, estimation, demos) and deliver working software in iterative cycles.
● Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and support of Xactly
configurations and customisations with an emphasis on quality and compliance.
● Support production release activities, ongoing monitoring, and continuous
improvement initiatives for incentive compensation processes.
● Stay current with Xactly platform updates, best practices, and broader incentive
compensation technology trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with data migration, transformation, and automation in Xactly
Incent/Xactly Connect.
● Familiarity with other Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools,
enterprise data ecosystems, and reporting frameworks.
● Demonstrated ability to communicate technical designs and recommendations
to both technical and business audiences.
