Our reputed financial client in Saudi Arabia is looking for a hands-on, technically strong QA Manager to lead and scale the testing function at their Development Center in Cairo, Egypt.
If you’re a QA leader who thrives in Agile and Waterfall environments, has deep manual + automation testing expertise, and can build teams and vendor partnerships, this role is for you.

🌍 Location: Cairo, Egypt (with occasional travel to KSA)
🕘 Type: Full-time
👤 Reports to: Head of Delivery – KSA

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end QA strategy across Agile & Waterfall projects
✅ Manage and mentor an in-house QA team (7+ testers)
✅ Establish scalable partnerships with third-party vendors
✅ Build robust automation frameworks and dashboards
✅ Oversee release readiness, UAT, and defect tracking
✅ Ensure compliance and traceability across all test cycles

✅ Requirements:
7+ years in software testing
2+ years in QA leadership
Strong hands-on automation experience
QA team-building and vendor management experience
Excellent communication & reporting skills
Willingness to travel to KSA quarterly
