Job Overview:
This role will:
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Own functional areas and gather detailed requirements
Create and manage user stories, epics, and functional specs
Perform gap analysis and suggest improvements
Use Agile/Scrum for planning and execution
Coordinate testing phases and ensure QA validation
Support reporting, training, and knowledge sharing

Key Skills Required:

5+ years in business analysis or product ownership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Agile, Jira/Confluence, and documentation
Experience with tools like AEM, Marketo is a plus
